Commercial project for Bistro Bar les Soeurs Grises / 2015
Coworker: Pierre-Luc Perron, architect OAQ
The owner of the Bistro Bar les Soeurs Grises, a micro-brewering and bar in Montreal, was asking for a portable and modular service station, which would transported to special events such as festivals and used to serve beer.
The final design puts forward the existing logo and raw finishes such as butcher-block effect wood and black steel, as to convey an authentic, approachable yet refined feel.

Projet pour particulier / Bistro Bar les Soeurs Grises / 2015
Coéquipier : Pierre-Luc Perron, architecte
Mandat : conception d'un comptoir / kiosque mobile servant à la promotion du Bistro Bar les Soeurs Grises et au service de leur bière brassée dans des événements estivales tels que le Festival Bières et Saveurs de Chambly.
Contraintes :
- respecter les formats standardisés des festivals (10'x10' ou 8'x8')
- promouvoir le Bistro Bar les Soeurs Grises
- être en cohésion avec le look&feel du restaurant existant
Concept : création d'un système modulable composé de cinq segments et mise de l'avant des matériaux retrouvés aux restaurants (bois et acier noir)
