Exhibition Design and Project Management for a touring exhibition, organized by the San Diego Museum of Art
- 30,000 sq. ft. approx. at the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal;
- Showcased about 150 works from Georgia O’Keeffe and Henry Moore;
- Curator: Iris Amizlev;
- 30+ lenders.
Scope of work:
- Concept proposals;
- Design and Technical development (including coordination with Conservation team);
- Call for tender, bid analysis, and subcontractors mandate negociations;
- Production oversight;
- Installation and uninstallation planning and oversight, including the coordination of 20+ courriers;
- Graphic design coordination: Build the creative brief for the visual identity, mandate external graphic design agency, follow-up on their proposal, and oversee the graphic production.
