Exhibition Design and Project Management for the permanent Inuit art collection of the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal:

- 250+ artworks from multiple artists, dead and alive

Scope of work:
- Concept proposals
- Design and Technical development (including coordination with Conservation team)
- Call for tender, bid analysis, and subcontractors mandate negotiations
- Production oversight
- Installation planning and oversight
- Graphic Art Direction: Build the creative brief for the visual identity, mandate external graphic artist, directed graphic design integration, and oversee the graphic production
- Design and detail development of raised floor and ramp, including guardrail and handrail for accessibility purposes, and coordination with suppliers and engineers for construction and implementation.
