2023 to NOW

  • Plan, execute and follow through on all stages of projects for temporary, discovery and travelling exhibitions;
  • Design and develop scenographic concepts for exhibition projects;
  • Develop production schedules and budgets, and ensure their follow-up and entry into the financial system;
  • Produce project presentation documents, plans, visual renderings and technical drawings of various exhibition elements;
  • Prepare and follow up on requests for bids for various scenographic elements;
  • Follow-up on information requests;
  • Prepare, follow-up on and ensure the quality of orders;
  • Ensure coordination between the various departments of the MMFA, the exhibition technicians, and the transport and logistics manager involved in the delivery of the project;
  • Follow -p on communications and draw up contracts for external resources involved in projects: artists, museu partners, suppliers, collaborators, freelancers and others;
  • Perform all other tasks related to its duties.

2021 to 2023

Project management for interior architecture, interior design, and strategic repositioning mandates: commercial, hospitality, corporate and institutional.  
  • Concept and design scheme development;
  • Service proposals drafting, professional fees estimation, and client presentation;
  • Elaboration of creative dossiers that are needed for understanding key design elements;

• Internal project management: teams of 2 to 6 people (interior designers, industrial designers, graphic designers and 3d artist);

• Development of technical solutions;
• Constitution of creative dossiers, creative pitches, design competitions, and architectural brand guidelines;
• Production of drawings, complementary documentation and tender pack issued for tender, coordination and/or execution.
Store design consultancy :
• Report and analysis of existing store environments for brands and overall strategic retail and design recommendation.
Post-project communication :
Constitution of press release dossier including writing and translating;
• Art direction of professional photography for publication;
• Applications for design awards.

    Exhibition Design: accessibility and inclusivity (Design d'exposition : accessibilité et inclusion)

    • This  course is designed to teach managers and those responsible for visitor experience to apply the principles of accessibility and inclusion in a museum context. Through case studies, practical exercises, and the testimony of guest experts, the participants learnt how to meet the needs of visitors with disabilities, while respecting their institution’s mission.
